School Rules & Regulations
Find out about the school's rules on punctuality, attendance, device use, and conduct. Follow these guidelines to stay on track and avoid disciplinary action.
Punctuality
Be punctual for school, lessons, CCA and all school activities.
Be at the assembly area by 7.25 am for attendance.
The school gate closes at 7.30 am for flag raising. Students who have not entered by then are considered late.
Attendance
Attendance at school and all school activities, including CCA, is compulsory.
Submit a valid medical certificate (MC) when absent, from a doctor registered with the Singapore Medical Association.
School Books and Belongings
Do not leave books or personal belongings in classrooms.
Take responsibility for your belongings and keep valuables locked in your locker.
Vandalism and Damage to School Property
Students must pay for items they break or vandalise.
They will also face disciplinary action, which may include CWO or caning.
Ornaments and Accessories
Keep religious artefacts out of sight.
Jewellery and decorative accessories are not allowed.
Male students must not wear accessories.
Female students may wear one small ear stud per earlobe, each no larger than 0.5 cm in diameter.
Mobile Phones and Electronic Accessories
Keep mobile devices in your locker throughout the school day. Retrieve them only after your lessons end.
Phones and electronic accessories, such as earphones and AirPods, may be used only in the canteen after school hours.
The Student Management Committee may retain phones used inappropriately or in breach of cyberwellness rules. This includes spam, scams, personal attacks, pornography and inappropriate posts.
